• Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. • The company also approved and adopted a revised policy for determination of materiality of events or information, effective October 6, 2026. • The revised policy supersedes the existing policy adopted on January 10, 2026. • The financial results were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS 34). • The unaudited results along with the limited review report from statutory auditors have been filed.
