ACME SOLAR HOLDINGS LIMITED : EXPANSION OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS THROUGH WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARIES

• ACME Solar Holdings Limited has incorporated several wholly owned subsidiaries as per SEBI Listing Regulations. • These subsidiaries are intended to undertake businesses relating to development, establishment and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects. • The details of the incorporated companies are provided in Annexure A. • Consideration for the subscription of initial paid-up share capital in cash for each subsidiary was Rs. 1,00,000/- (10,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each). • ACME Solar Holdings Limited holds 100% shareholding/control in these subsidiaries.
