• Board approved appointment of Mr. Vivek Paul (DIN: 11979027) as Additional Director (Non-Executive Nominee Director) representing LIC. • Mr. Vivek Paul joined LIC in 1989 and has held various leadership roles, including Regional Manager (Pension & Group Schemes). • He is a Post-Graduate in Physics from Delhi University and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. • Mr. Vivek Paul is not related to any Director on the Board of the Company. • He is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other authority.
