INOX GREEN ENERGY SERVICES LTD: VIBHAV ENERGY PRIVATE LTD ACQUIRES WIND WORLD INDIA LTD O&M BUSINESS

• Vibhav Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, executed a Business Transfer Agreement with Wind World (India) Limited for the acquisition of O&M business. • Vibhav paid ₹550 Crore towards the acquisition cost on October 6, 2026. • The consideration includes ₹450 Crore infused by Inox Green Energy Services Limited (₹250 Crore via equity subscription, ₹200 Crore via inter-corporate deposit, with ₹50 Crore convertible). • Authum infused the balance ₹100 Crore via inter-corporate deposits. • The acquisition is part of the Resolution Plan approved by NCLT for Wind World (India) Limited.
