LARSEN & TOUBRO : SECURES 1,600 MW THERMAL POWER PLANT ORDER WORTH RS 4,000 CR
• L&T Energy CarbonLite Solutions secured a Limited Notice to Proceed (LNTP) from DVC CIL Power Private Ltd for the 2x800 MW Chandrapura thermal power plant in Jharkhand. • The project includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Boilers, Steam Turbines, Generators and Electrostatic Precipitators (ESPs). • The deployment of ultra-supercritical technology will enable higher thermal efficiency and lower specific emissions. • The project is part of India's evolving energy mix, supporting reliable baseload power generation.
