• GQG Partners LLC entities sold equity shares of ITC Ltd. by way of multiple on-market transactions. • The aggregate change of shareholding was in excess of 2% of total shareholding or voting rights. • Before disposal, holding was 436,495,855 shares (3.48%). • After disposal, holding stands at 396,810,065 shares (3.17%). • The sale transactions occurred between May 28, 2025, and October 5, 2026. • The aggregate value of shares sold is estimated to be approximately ₹1,029 crore.
