KOTHARI FERMENTATION AND BIOCHEM LTD. : COMMERCIAL ARRANGEMENT WITH ORIENTAL YEAST INDIA PVT. LTD.

• Kothari Fermentation and Biochem Limited (KFBL) has entered into agreements with Oriental Yeast India Private Limited (OYI) for distribution, manufacturing, and technical support. • The agreement is pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • OYI will provide technical support and distribution services, while KFBL will provide manufacturing services. • There is no upfront consideration, and the arrangement is intended to enhance efficiency. • OYI is a private limited company with a paid-up capital of ₹1078.05 Crores and is a subsidiary of Oriental Yeast Co. Ltd.
