MADHUSUDAN LOYA : ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY SHARES OF CAPRICORN SYSTEMS GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED
• Madhusudan Loya acquired 2,40,000 equity shares of Capricorn Systems Global Solutions Limited on October 5, 2026, through the open market on BSE. • The acquisition of 2,40,000 shares of face value ₹10 each was for ₹2.06 Cr. • Following the acquisition, the aggregate shareholding of Madhusudan Loya, along with Ganga Devi Loya (mother) and Anuja Loya (wife), increased to 15,60,854 shares (5.5801%) from 13,20,854 shares (4.7221%). • Madhusudan Loya's individual holding increased to 8,02,500 shares (2.8689%).
