DIXON TECHNOLOGIES : NEW OPTICAL TRANSCEIVER JV FORMED

• Dixon Technologies (India) Limited, Gemtek Technology Co., Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary Dixon Electroconnect Private Limited have executed a joint venture agreement. • The JV Company will manufacture and supply Optical Transceiver SFP and BOSA products in India. • Post transaction, Dixon Technologies will hold 60% and Gemtek 40% in the JV Company. • The JV Agreement includes customary conditions precedent and expects to be completed by February 3, 2027. • The proposed transaction is expected to enable entry into data centre, telecom and optical-connectivity ecosystem.
