VARUN BEVERAGES : EXPANDS CAPACITY VIA 26% STAKE IN SOLAR POWER JV

• Investment and Borrowing Committee approved to invest up to 26% of Equity Share Capital of Jager Renewables Private Limited. • Jager Renewables is a special purpose vehicle engaged to generate & supply solar power to consumers in Uttar Pradesh. • Consideration is up to ₹4.10 Crore for captive consumption of solar power. • Completion of this transaction is expected on or before October 6, 2027. • On completion, VBL shall hold up to 26% of equity share capital in Jager Renewables.
