SAMYAK INTERNATIONAL : RECEIVES LISTING APPROVAL FROM BSE
• BSE Ltd. has granted in-principle approval for listing of 40,00,000 equity shares issued through preferential issue. • Shares are to be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange upon confirmation from NSDL/CDSL for credit of beneficiaries' accounts. • Approval received via BSE letter dated October 07, 2026, No. LOD/PREF/PB/FIP/894/2026-27. • The approval pertains to 40,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 17/-, including a premium of Rs. 07/-, on a preferential basis.
