• The Board of Directors will consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026. • A proposal for issue of Bonus shares will be considered and recommended, subject to shareholder approval. • The trading window for dealing in equity shares remains closed until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.
