Commercial paper proceeds utilisation certificate for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. • In terms of SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/DDHS/PoD1/P/CIR/2024/54 dated May 22, 2024, proceeds from the issue of Commercial Papers (ISIN - INE0BY014433) have been utilized for the disclosed purpose i.e. to fund working capital requirement. • The Company has adhered to other listing conditions for Listing of Commercial Paper as specified in the said circular.
