• Indo National Limited acquired an additional 0.30% stake via Class C Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) in Axial Aero Private Limited (AAPL). • The aggregate investment amount is Rs. 3,90,94,666. • Following this acquisition, the Company's aggregate holdings (CCPS) in AAPL now stand at 7.97%. • AAPL is engaged in developing motion-based flight simulators.
