ARCL ORGANICS LIMITED : INTIMATION REGARDING FINAL ORDER RECEIVED FROM THE DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL-I, KOLKATA

• The company received the Final Order dated 06 October 2026 from the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Kolkata in OA/86/2005 – Stressed Assets Stabilisation Fund vs. Allied Resins and Chemicals Ltd. • The Tribunal recorded that the settlement amount of ₹8,22,94,500/- and interest of ₹21,95,394/- has been paid by the Company. • The Tribunal ordered that OA/86/2005 stands disposed of as the claim of the Applicant Bank has been satisfied in terms of the settlement agreement. • The company's main land at Rampur will be released from security/encumbrance.
