• Revenue crosses ₹200 Cr in Q2 FY27, a 30%+ YoY growth from ₹156.43 Cr. • Sales volume stood at 32,028 MT, up 28.86% YoY from 24,855 MT. • Negotiated a ~450 bps reduction in interest rate with lender and raised additional funds. • Targeting 55-60% rolling mill utilisation in FY27 vs ~51–52% in FY26. • Evaluating melting shop upgradation at Ghaziabad facility to enhance value-added products. Impact: FY26 Total Income was ₹716.49 Cr, EBITDA ₹28.90 Cr, and PAT ₹12.87 Cr.
