Purvi Gems & Jewellery (India) Private Limited from its existing shareholder(s) on 7th October 2026. • M/s. Purvi Gems & Jewellery (India) Private Limited has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. • Details of the acquisition were provided in an earlier intimation dated 18th September 2026.
