TORRENT POWER : 300 MW WIND PPA TERMINATED

• Torrent Saurya Urja Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, had entered into a PPA for a 300 MW wind project with SECI. • The project was impacted by Force Majeure events and delays in external infrastructure readiness. • Due to prolonged extensions and uncertainty, the 300 MW PPA was terminated. • Liquidated damages of ₹39.78 crore are payable.
