GLOBALBEES SELLS 51.54% STAKE IN MUSHFREE AT ₹5.69 CR
• GlobalBees Brands Private Limited has signed an MoU to sell its entire 51.54% shareholding in Mush Textile Private Limited. • The transaction is for brands "Mush" and "BePlush", which generated a turnover of approx. ₹16.12 Cr in FY25-26. • Mr. Nihar Gosalia and Mr. Vaishvik Brahmbhatt are the proposed buyers. • The transaction is at arm's length and outside any scheme of arrangement.
