SJS ENTERPRISES : EXPANSION AT BENGALURU FACILITY
• Company has undertaken a capacity addition at its Bengaluru facility. • Additional capacity is ready; commercial production expected to commence in Q3 FY27. • Details of capacity addition provided in Annexure-I. • Existing capacity: 2,25,000 sq ft built-up area (~30 crore parts per annum). • Existing capacity utilization: ~75% (FY 2025-26). • Proposed capacity addition: ~20% over the existing capacity. • Investment required: ₹45 crore, financed through internal accruals. • Rationale: To meet growing customer demand and support business growth.
