• Rekvina Laboratories has appointed Mr. Subrata Samanta as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective October 7, 2026. • Mr. Samanta confirmed he is not debarred by SEBI or any other authority from holding the position. • The appointment was approved during a Board Meeting held on October 7, 2026.
