• Corporate guarantee issued for the facility availed by Clean Max Patagonia Private Limited, a subsidiary of the company • Guarantee amount not exceeding ₹45.09 Cr (Rupees Forty-Five Crore Nine Lakh), extended in favour of the lender as security for term loan facilities • Approved by the Risk Management Committee of the Board on 7 October 2026 • Promoter / promoter group / group companies have no interest; guarantee issued at arm's length • Guarantee is a contingent liability for the company and is on behalf of a subsidiary forming part of the consolidated group Impact: Neutral (Contingent liability backing subsidiary's term loan; source states no impact on the company as on date)
