RUSTOMJEE : QUARTERLY PRE-SALES UP 84% AT RS 1,423 CR; NEW LAUNCH GDV RS 2,196 CR
• Q2FY27 pre-sales at ₹1,423 Cr, up 84% YoY from ₹772 Cr; H1FY27 pre-sales at ₹2,041 Cr, up 11% YoY. • Collections at ₹541 Cr in Q2FY27 vs ₹669 Cr YoY, down 19%; H1FY27 collections at ₹1,141 Cr vs ₹1,245 Cr, down 8%. • Launched Rustomjee Ozone Skye at Malad West and commenced 25HQ at Prabhadevi, adding 0.54 mn sq ft saleable area with estimated GDV ₹2,196 Cr. • Added 2 projects in H1FY27 at Goregaon East and Igatpuri, with 1.41 mn sq ft saleable area and estimated GDV ₹547 Cr. • Completed 3 RERA projects in Q2FY27 covering 1.32 mn sq ft; H1FY27 completions at 4 projects and 1.39 mn sq ft, 6-12 months ahead of RERA timelines. • Signed contract with Robin Village Development (Tiong Seng subsidiary) for in-house pre-cast plant; Mt K Kapital announced second fund of USD 450 mn in JV with Marubeni.
