• TASL Automobile Solutions' composite scheme of selective capital reduction under Section 66 became effective on 7 October 2026 • Company received total cash consideration of ₹34.44 Cr at an exit price of ₹377.70 per equity share • Entire holding of 9,11,741 equity shares (7.58% of paid-up equity) in TASL Automobile stands cancelled and extinguished • Exit opportunity was provided to non-promoter shareholders under the NCLT-sanctioned scheme; TASL Automobile is a promoter group company • Cash remitted yesterday, completing realisation of the Company's investment
