BRIGADE : UNVEILS RS 40,000 CR GROWTH ROADMAP FOR NEXT 3 YEARS
• Plans investment outlay of around ₹40,000 Cr over three years for a development pipeline of 40 million sq ft across its markets • Investments across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and emerging businesses including warehousing • To be funded via internal accruals, project-level financing, strategic partnerships and other funding avenues • Secured licences for three new World Trade Centres at Devanahalli and Whitefield (Bengaluru) and Coimbatore • Orion brand expanding beyond Bengaluru with upcoming developments in Chennai and Hyderabad • Estimates around 23,000 direct and indirect gross employment opportunities over three years • Has developed over 110 million sq ft across 300+ projects; operating leasing portfolio ~10 million sq ft across 10 cities
