• Corporate guarantee issued in favour of Bajaj Finance for subsidiary Mumbai Eco Solutions Private Limited • Guarantee covers credit facilities availed by Mumbai Eco, with total principal sum of ~₹9.89 Cr (Rupees Nine Crore Eighty-Eight Lakh Seventy-Five Thousand) • Company's liability under the guarantee is limited to 51% of the outstanding amount under the facilities • Guarantee is continuing, irrevocable and unconditional and can be invoked by the lender on an event of default • No immediate impact on the company; the guarantee constitutes a contingent liability
