• Tejas Networks and Qualcomm Technologies jointly demonstrate Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) at India Mobile Congress 2026 • ISAC uses communication signals to detect and track objects such as moving vehicles on city roads and drones in strategic areas without dedicated sensing infrastructure • Demo combines Tejas Networks' 5G base station with Qualcomm Technologies' Radio Unit (RU) and Distributed Unit (DU) chipsets, supported by low-power compute and AI inference • Technology can enable existing 5G networks to support drone and vehicle tracking, traffic management and critical-infrastructure monitoring • Joint showcase positions ISAC as a step toward AI-native 6G architecture and new sensing-based services for mobile operators
