• Pre-sales in Q2FY27 at ~₹3,225 Cr, up ~272% QoQ; H1FY27 pre-sales ~₹4,093 Cr, up ~574% YoY, ~51% of FY27 guidance of ₹8,000 Cr. • Collections in Q2FY27 at ~₹546 Cr, up 10% QoQ; H1FY27 collections ~₹1,041 Cr, up ~53% YoY, ~35% of FY27 guidance of ₹3,000 Cr. • Launched 3 projects with ₹7,500 Cr GDV in Q2FY27, ~39% of FY27 new launch guidance. • Projects: Embassy Origins Riverine, Bengaluru (₹2,500 Cr GDV, ~₹933 Cr sold within two weeks); Embassy Origins South Reserve, Bengaluru (₹1,950 Cr GDV, ~₹880 Cr sold within two weeks); Embassy Terraza, Juhu, Mumbai (₹3,050 Cr GDV, ~₹758 Cr sold on launch, including ~₹711 Cr single home transaction). • Net institutional principal outstanding ~₹3,732 Cr as of 30-Sept-26, after adjusting cash and cash equivalents of ~₹1,258 Cr. • Numbers are provisional and subject to limited review.
