AYE FINANCE : AUM UP 26% YOY AT RS 7,604 CR, GNPA IMPROVES TO 4.30%

• AUM up 26% Y-o-Y at ₹7,604 Cr; up 4% Q-o-Q from ₹7,329 Cr • Disbursements at ₹1,403 Cr, up 10% Y-o-Y and 15% Q-o-Q • PAR X(1+) improved 13 bps Q-o-Q to 6.88% from 7.01%; GNPA down 19 bps to 4.30% from 4.49% • New borrowers added 49,150, up 26% Y-o-Y; total borrowers 6,94,943, up 18% Y-o-Y • AUM per employee up 17% Y-o-Y at ₹0.67 Cr; employee count 11,292, up 6% Y-o-Y • Disbursements moderated in drought-affected parts of Maharashtra, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh; normalised disbursements expected in H2FY27 • Management says it remains on track on all parameters of FY27 guidance; Q2FY27 figures provisional and subject to audit
