• Shakti Pumps invests ₹10 Cr in wholly owned subsidiary Shakti Energy Solutions Ltd (SESL) via subscription to equity shares • Investment funds a greenfield high-efficiency Solar DCR cell and Solar PV modules manufacturing plant at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, with 2.20 GW production capacity • SESL incorporated on 06 September 2010; turnover ₹239.11 Cr in FY26 v ₹216.53 Cr in FY25 v ₹139.59 Cr in FY24 • Consideration is cash; no government or regulatory approvals required; indicative completion same day • SESL currently manufactures solar structures and deals in solar rooftop, now expanding into solar DCR cell and PV module manufacturing
