• Step-down subsidiary Royalux FZCO, UAE entered vendor exclusivity undertaking with Danube Home LLC of Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai • Royalux to provide installation, fit-out, landscaping, décor and allied products/works/services for project opportunities introduced by Danube • Target business value of AED 2,000,000 (two million UAE dirhams) over a one-year term; not fixed or guaranteed contractual consideration • Undertaking tenure is one year with 12-month exclusivity; Royalux cannot bypass or compete with Danube on introduced clients or opportunities • No shareholding, promoter/group or related-party relationship disclosed between the parties
