Company received SEBI communication dated 7 October 2026 on processing of reclassification requests from two promoter shareholders SEBI said the 21 July 2026 administrative warning stands and is not affected by this clarification Corrective steps to be carried out under Regulation 31A as presently in force, with advice in paragraph 8 of the July 21 letter to be read accordingly SEBI expressed no view on promoter eligibility; determination rests with recognised stock exchanges and thereafter shareholders Company's applications for No-Objection Certificates are pending before NSE and BSE Impact: Neutral (Administrative clarification only; scope of reclassification requests from Promoter and Promoter Group to Public category remains subject to exchange NOC and shareholder approval)
