• Fund Raising Committee allotted Tranche 3 NCDs aggregating ₹50 Cr on private placement basis, out of total approved issue of ₹540 Cr • 3,000 junior series NCDs of ₹1 lakh face value (₹30 Cr) and 2,000 senior series NCDs of ₹1 lakh face value (₹20 Cr) • Sole allottee is Neo Special Credit Opportunities Fund II, a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (non-promoter) • Junior series coupon 19.40% p.a. maturing up to 31.05.2035; senior series coupon 11.50% p.a. maturing up to 30.06.2033 • NCDs are unlisted, secured, unrated and redeemable, secured by mortgage and charge over new project assets and project assets • Allotment approved at committee meeting held on 8th October, 2026 Impact: Neutral (Debt raise funds the new project, but 19.40% junior series coupon is a high cost of borrowing)
