• Received Letter of Intent aggregating to ₹179.4 Cr (Rs. 1,794 Million) from BSES Rajdhani Power Limited • Scope covers design, supply, testing, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of BESS • Aggregate contracted capacity of 57.5 MW/115 MWh at four grid station locations of BRPL • Order is from a domestic entity, for on-demand basis operation • Commissioning date twenty-eight (28) weeks from the Effective Date of the BESSA
