• Longevity Science Private Limited incorporated on October 8, 2026, with CIN U21001HR2026PTC151534 • Company proposes to subscribe to 51% of the initial paid-up equity share capital for cash consideration • Subscription of 51,000 equity shares at ₹10 each, aggregating ~₹5.10 L • Proposed subsidiary to carry on pharmaceuticals, healthcare, nutraceuticals and allied products business • Upon completion of subscription and allotment, Longevity Science will become a subsidiary of Astonea Labs
