• Company entered a Leave & License Agreement for capacity addition in Pune admeasuring 1,60,744 sq ft • Proposed capacity addition of around 2,881 desks; investment required ~₹44 Cr • Existing capacity 1,33,573 desks with utilization 84.90% as at June 30, 2026 • Additional capacity expected operational on or before July 2027 • Financing through internal accruals/debt; rationale is to cater to incremental demand and enhance operational capacity
