• Avalon Technologies executed a lease deed with State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited (SIPCOT) • Lease covers 25.08 acres at Plot No. A-53 & A-54, SIPCOT Industrial Park, Oragadam, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu • Land to be used for setting up an industrial unit • Lease tenure is 99 years; no shareholding in SIPCOT and no special rights beyond customary lease terms
