• Board approved allotment of 59,41,500 fully paid equity shares of face value ₹10 each at ₹30/share on conversion of warrants • Balance 75% received at ₹22.50 per warrant, aggregating ~₹13.37 Cr from non-promoter public warrant holders • Paid-up equity capital rises to ₹32.35 Cr (3.23 Cr shares) from ₹26.41 Cr (2.64 Cr shares), ~18% dilution • Of 59,48,000 warrants allotted on April 09, 2025, the remaining 6,500 warrants have lapsed • New shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares; listing and trading approval to be sought
