RUNWAL : TO INVEST RS 225 CR IN SUBSIDIARIES VIA NCDS
• Runwal Enterprises entered agreements on October 08, 2026 with wholly owned subsidiary Runwal Residency Private Limited (RRPL) and step-down wholly owned subsidiary Evie Real Estate Private Limited (EREPL) • Company to subscribe 17,50,000 NCDs of ₹1,000 each at par in RRPL for ₹175 Cr and 5,00,000 NCDs of ₹1,000 each at par in EREPL for ₹50 Cr • NCDs carry interest rate of 10.50% p.a. for tenure of 10 years, without special terms and conditions • Proceeds to be used for repayment of secured loans availed by RRPL and EREPL respectively • RRPL is wholly owned subsidiary; EREPL is step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the company
