• Rights Issue Committee approved 1,96,68,019 fully paid equity shares of face value ₹10 each at ₹10 per share • Issue size aggregates to ₹1,966.80 L (~₹19.67 Cr) assuming full subscription • Rights entitlement ratio 16 rights shares for every 5 equity shares held; record date October 14, 2026 • Issue opens October 29, 2026; on-market renunciation ends October 30, off-market November 4; closes November 5, 2026 • Outstanding equity shares to rise from 61,46,256 to 2,58,14,275 assuming full subscription • Full issue price of ₹10 per share payable on application
