• Contract agreement signed with SAIL for Pellet Plant BOP including civil & structural works (Pellet Plant Package-2) at SAIL-IISCO Steel Plant, Burnpur, West Bengal • Total contract price ₹951.60 Cr; input tax credit of ₹97.04 Cr to be passed on to SAIL, giving net value of ₹854.57 Cr • Contract signed on October 8, 2026, after Letter of Acceptance in August 2026; commissioning within 32 months from effective date of September 3, 2026 • Package forms part of SAIL-ISP's 4.08 MTPA crude steel expansion at Burnpur, executed on divisible turnkey basis • Consolidated order book crosses ₹10,000 Cr, over nine times FY26 total income of ₹1,085.8 Cr
