AEQUS : INVESTS RS 15.75 CR IN JV AJNA AEROSPACE VIA RIGHTS ISSUE

• Aequs made further investment of ₹15.75 Cr in Ajna Aerospace & Defence Private Limited (AADPL), its Joint Venture, through a rights issue • 45,00,000 partly paid-up equity shares allotted at ₹100 per share; ₹35 per share (35%) paid now, balance ₹65 per share payable within 12 months from allotment date October 09, 2026 • No change in Aequs's percentage shareholding; AADPL continues to remain a Joint Venture • AADPL incorporated October 22, 2025 to source/license UAV IP, develop own IP and manufacture, assemble and sell UAVs/UAS for defence, security, industrial and civilian use • AADPL FY26 audited: turnover ₹0.02 Cr, loss after tax ₹0.99 Cr, net worth ₹28.84 Cr • Funds to be used for capex, opex and general corporate requirements of AADPL
