• Hooghly-CSL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cochin Shipyard, bagged the order from Heritage River Journeys Private Limited • Order covers construction of two luxury river cruise vessels; a repeat order following the June 2025 order • Vessels expected to be delivered by June 2029 and June 2030 respectively • Order classified as "Notable", i.e. value band of ₹100 Cr to ₹250 Cr as per the company's own classification table • Contract falls outside the purview of related party transactions
