• Wholly owned subsidiary Expleo Solutions GIFT IFSC Limited received Certificate of Registration from IFSCA on October 09, 2026 • Company invested USD equivalent to ₹2.10 Cr through 21 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each • The WOS is incorporated in GIFT City, Gujarat, and will provide financial services • 100% of the subsidiary's share capital is subscribed by Expleo Solutions • IFSCA registration allows the entity to operate in the GIFT City global financial services hub
