• Company completed acquisition of 12,500 equity shares, representing 33.33% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Celloraa Energy Private Limited • Total consideration at ₹80 Cr, subscribed via new equity shares of the target entity • Follows earlier intimations dated 29 June 2026 and 31 August 2026 for investment of 50% stake in the aggregate post-money paid-up equity share capital of the target for a value of ₹160 Cr • Acquisition routed through subscription of fresh equity shares
