HUBTOWN : SUBSCRIBES TO RS 36.78 CR RIGHTS ISSUE OF SUBSIDIARY RARE TOWNSHIPS

• Rare Townships allotted 1,22,60,843 Class A equity shares at ₹30 each (face value ₹10, premium ₹20) to Hubtown for total consideration of ~₹36.78 Cr • Hubtown's holding in RTPL rises from 72.91% to 74.65% of Class A equity share capital • RTPL is engaged in real estate construction and development of residential and commercial premises; incorporated on June 05, 2000 and domiciled in India • RTPL turnover: ₹9,802.79 lakhs (₹98.03 Cr) in FY2025-26, ₹40.45 lakhs in FY2024-25, ₹63.27 lakhs in FY2023-24 • RTPL paid-up share capital is ₹47.46 Cr after considering this rights issue; allotment date was October 8, 2026
