• NCLT Ahmedabad admits Section 9 plea by Asier Metals over alleged operational debt of ₹2.79 Cr from supply of aluminium ingots • Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process initiated against Polycab India; moratorium under Section 14 declared • Mr. Sunit Jagdishchandra Shah appointed Interim Resolution Professional (IBBI Regn No. IPA-001/IP-P00471/2017-2018/10814) • Company says alleged debt is insignificant against ₹109.28 Cr materiality threshold for FY 2026-27 and sees no material impact on operations • Company has filed an appeal before NCLAT; hearing scheduled on October 09, 2026
