SOLARA : APPROVES FINAL REMINDER-CUM-FORFEITURE NOTICE FOR RIGHTS ISSUE

Rights issue committee approved a fresh final reminder-cum-forfeiture notice for holders of partly paid-up rights equity shares who have not paid the first call and/or second and final call money. Company is finalizing the notice and will intimate exchanges separately upon dispatch.
