• Q2 FY27 pre sales at ₹1,258 Cr, down 5% (YOY) from ₹1,329 Cr in Q2 FY26 • Q2 FY27 collections at ₹1,189 Cr, broadly flat (YOY) • H1 FY27 pre sales at ₹2,587 Cr v ₹2,577 Cr (YOY) • H1 FY27 collections at ₹2,554 Cr, up 9% (YOY) from ₹2,348 Cr • Launched premium residential project Kalpataru Elaara at Goregaon West, Mumbai with 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences • Figures are provisional and subject to limited review Impact: Neutral (H1 pre sales flat with collections up 9%, but Q2 pre sales declined 5% YOY)
