PARADEEP PARIVAHAN : WINS JSW CEMENT ROAD TRANSPORT CONTRACT WORTH RS 30 CR

• Secures road transportation contract from JSW Cement Limited for cement, GGBS and other specified bulk materials • Contract covers movement of thousands of tonnes per month from JSW Cement's Raigad, Maharashtra facility to customer-designated destinations • Estimated to contribute ~₹30 Cr incremental annual revenue and ~₹2.5 Cr annual PAT • Contract valid for two years, from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028, extendable by mutual consent • Complements proposed acquisition of 100 commercial bulkers, expanding owned fleet capacity and bulk logistics portfolio • Domestic contract; no promoter/group interest and not a related party transaction
